Fall 2015 - Day 16: Martinez, CA - Point Reyes National Seashore - The Bishop’s Ranch, Healdsburg, CA

Monday, Sept 21, 2015 - Starting from the Super 8 Martinez, California, west to the Point Reyes National Seashore, then up to The Bishop’s Ranch, Healdsburg, CA:

150 miles; 3 hours 42 minutes.

At Point Reyes National Seashore we hiked the Estero Trail, under a beautiful blue cloudless sky:


It was good to stretch our legs out in the "golden hills", with some beautiful views:




Lunch in the shade:


and a good hike back:


MapMyWalk did a great job recording our 4.2 miles, taking 1 hour 45 minutes:


Saw an awesome seashore as we went up to the Point Reyes Lighthouse:

It was fun getting up to The Bishop's Ranch:

And discovering the swimming pool!!
