2025 Late-Summer Road Trip - Day 16-of-35 - August 29, 2025

Friday, Aug. 29, 2025 - Making our way through The Northwest - 445 miles ending up at the Wingate, Butte City, MT:

The first lesson I learned when traveling with my wife is to "Be Open To New Adventures"! After grabbing a few Post Offices on our way, we arrived at the Jundt Art Museum, Gonzaga University, Spokane, Washington:

I liked Auguste Rodin - "Nude Study for Figure of Eustache de St. Pierre", modeled 1885 bronze:

And some pieces by Dale Chihuly - "Indian Orange Macchia with Teal Blue Lip Wraps", "Chartreuse Yellow Macchia with Cadmium Yellow Lip Wraps", "Apricot Yellow Macchia with Red Lip Wrap", and "Opal White Seaform Set with Black Lip Wraps":

We crossed into Idaho at 11:30

Great breakfast/lunch (gee, if only there was a term for that) at Cracker Barrel - I think I lost Wendy for a moment:

We crossed into Montana at 2:21

Heading down The Road to Butte:

Checked-in just around 7 PM (photo from the next morning) - 445 miles today (and 7 Post Offices):

This is what they looked like:

My favorite today is 98853 - Stratford, WA - It displays ALL THE INFO, and I like the blue:

Thank you God for another wonderful Adventure Day!
