A quick visit to the rental agent - her office sure has a NICE VIEW:
We then drove up the road to the Mount John Observatory
We decided to do the "walk around the mountain top" first, then have lunch at the Astro Cafe:
The bench on the South Peak is FUN - it is tilted back, so you can look up at the stars at night!
Sandwiches and coffee at the Astro Cafe (next to the Observatories):
I LOVE "living in the future", and going to places named Astro Cafe!
Then it was time to go PLAY IN THE SWIMMING POOLS:
Wendy was in HEAVEN with their FIVE SWIMMING POOLS:
I was able to take a selfie:
and even get a Sudoku done:
Relaxing is OK - the Dixons are on holiday!
Wendy made dinner in OUR KITCHEN (I had left-over steak from Mackenzie's), tv and off to bed. THANK YOU GOD for these wonderful adventures in these Beautiful Places!!
